    Hi Danielle. Salesforce is another good tool to use for CRM as well. I’ve used it in the past and found it too complicated for the needs of my company. I find CRM systems like Highrise and Batchbook are much more in line with what I need out of a CRM. It is also a lot easier to “add-on” necessary tools like Wufoo at a lower cost. But, that is just my opinion and you should try each one for yourself.
